The lisa.lims formulations, formulation development and approaches module describes formulations as theoretical instructions for the manufacture of a reagent, chemical or product and also provides approaches for documenting the actual manufacture.
lisa.lims recipes are version-managed master data that contain a detailed description of the recipe. Information such as material, specifications, shelf life, responsibilities and documents complete the descriptions and the manufacturing and testing process.
Further details such as process time or tolerances can be stored for each individual component. The overall production process is precisely described by freely definable groups such as "Weighing", "Filling", "Stirring" etc.
The module thus offers you reliable documentation for the production of chemicals and reagents, GLP and GMP compliant.
Recipe development supports the R&D laboratory in the modification and further development of existing recipes. New or existing recipes can be entered or varied quickly and easily in tabular form. In the module for example, the active ingredient content and costs of the new, planned formulation are calculated and clearly displayed.
