“The quality management system is lived by the t&p employees.” is feedback that we receive time and again after our audits.
In October, we were re-certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is now valid until November 2027.
“Quality management is an important part of our corporate policy and the continuous improvement of our organisation not only has an internal effect, but also and above all an external effect through an innovative and economical range of services for our customers that is geared towards their needs,” Our Managing Director Dirk Zöllner summarises the quality policy at t&p.
In addition to the consideration of and adaptability to changing framework conditions, this year’s audit report explicitly mentions project management as “good practice”:
The “systematic and structured handling of internal and external projects supported by suitable tools” was particularly emphasised by the auditor.
We are delighted with the great audit result and would like to thank the entire team, especially those who were actively involved over the two days and were able to represent our quality management system so positively. Of course, this also includes our QMB, Dr Marc Mackenstedt.
